 I realized why I struggle with mental health

In Christianity,  (sorry, trigger warning...) suicide is a sin

Whether or not it's actually a sin I don't know... I read that it's a sin

In asian cultures...suicide is honorable. It is seen as atonement for disgrace

You dishonored your family and suicide is a proper reaction

I don't know if this relates to me but... I do have a white father and a not white mom.. so it has to relate to me.   I do not think suicide is honorable.  Fight and get help, we need you here , if you are homo sapien I need you, so reject these old customs:)
